Epic Proportions Tour is looking for energetic and self-motivated interns for the following positions:

For this internship you’ll be shadowing an artist and business owner on how to navigate the music industry and gain industry contacts. You’ll also be able to attend music conferences, festivals and concerts when available.

This is an unpaid internship with possibilities of paid positions in the future, and 4 - 6 hours per week, with one meeting (either in person or video call) per week.

Many of our interns have gone on to paid positions in well-known companies like Live Nation, Vans Warped Tour, Danny Wimmer Presents, and many others!

Traveling Positions:

Our tours are on average 1-3 months long. Lodging, transportation and some food is covered.

Tour Manager Assistant: (Traveling On Tour)

Shadowing the TM and helping with venue check-ins, lodging & transportation scheduling, making sure the shows run smoothly, and keeping everyone happy on the road, some driving shifts.

Basic computer skills necessary, must have valid drivers license and be able to complete a background check. Must be comfortable with long travel hours, and have an agreeable demeanor. Must have valid passport if on an international tour.

Audio Engineer: (Traveling On Tour)

Running our digital PA Sound System, troubleshooting, requires a cool, logical head to think through problems in an efficient manner, recording the live shows and mix-downs, edits.

Prior schooling or experience with signal flow and analog/digital consoles/live sound necessary. Must be comfortable with long travel hours, and have an agreeable demeanor. Must have valid drivers license and be able to complete a background check. Must have valid passport if on an international tour.

Non-Traveling Positions:

Admin / Personal Assistant / Booking:

Outreach and research, filling out forms, spreadsheets, learning database entry, booking, business phone etiquette, social media, booking emails/calls.

Basic communications / computer /phone skills required, must be organized. Basic understanding of the music industry is a plus. Must have an agreeable phone etiquette.

Content Creator:

Make flyers, pamphlets, Insta/FB/Twitter/Snapchat photos and videos, and scheduling posts on socials.

Must understand the basics on social media, hashtags, basic computer skills, basic graphics skills (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, or Final Cut Pro), and must communicate professionally.
